Step 2:
A) Place the shoes and the completed return form back in the packing
provided. Included all original packing materials as well as your
original receipt or a copy of it.
B) Write your Return Authorization # clearly on the outside of the box
C) Remove all old labels from the outside of the box to ensure proper
delivery.
