Additionally, though every reasonable effort is made to ship orders in a timely fashion, delays can occur, and Tukshoes.com takes no responsibility or liability for any delays in order shipment. We are not responsible for any transactions made through any other dealers sites that we may or may not have recommended to you.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping is done through UPS and calculated by are and weight. For shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the U.S. please contact us at order@tukshoes.com or call (866) TUK-SHOE.
Policies: By submitting this form you agree to all policies stated on Tukshoes.com. These policies as well as pricing may vary from our retail store. All orders will be processed within 48 hours. You will be notified of any delays or cancellations

RETURN POLICY
Tukshoes.com accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased on the Tukshoes.com web site only. All shoes being returned or exchanged must be in new, unworn condition. Tukshoes.com does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. We are not responsible for knowing what size shoe you need. We are happy to discuss the size with you and will do our best to put you into the right pair of shoes. All of our shoes are in U.S. sizes, men’s or women’s as noted with each shoe.
Any returns made within 30 days of receiving your order will be given an exchange or full refund, minus any shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment only. No returns for non-defective goods after 30 days.
Regarding all returns: We will not refund shipping and handling charges and you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Items exchanged will be re-shipped at our expense on the first exchange only.
When sending a package back to T.U.K. for a return, be sure to get a tracking number and insurance as T.U.K. will not be responsible for packages lost in transit or that failed to arrive.
