T.U.K. processes orders Monday – Friday from 8am – 3pm (PST). Any orders placed after 1pm PST are usually processed the next business day, however please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process. Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Standard shipping will be delivered by our carrier of choice. P.O. Box Shipping addresses are only able to ship using USPS.  Standard shipping takes about 4 – 11 business days (excluding weekends). Your package will ship out of southern California, so if you live nearby, it might take closer to 4 days (or less). If you live far away from us like NYC, it might take closer to 11 days.
