Sponsor: T.U.K. Inc., 12300 Crosthwaite Cir, Poway, CA 92064 Customers who purchase a pair of shoes between April 1st, 2016 and December 31st, 2016 from tukshoes.com are entered to win a Silver Ticket for a free pair of T.U.K. Shoes of their choice. Entrants can also enter the Giveaway online by visiting: http://www.tukshoes.com/no-purchase-necessary-entry-form and follow the on-screen directions to submit an entry. Entrants must complete all required information. No mail-in entries are permitted. The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on April 1st, 2016 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on December 31st, 2016. Limit one online entry per person/e-mail address per month. A purchase will not improve the chance of winning. The online entry form must be fully completed. Mechanically reproduced, incomplete and/or illegible entries will not be accepted. In case of dispute with respect to the identity of an online entrant, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification. T.U.K. Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Notice to Silver Ticket Finders / Winners: Winners will know instantly if they have won a Prize by finding a Silver Ticket in their shoe box. Winners will submit notification of their winning ticket to the Sponsor in accordance with the terms contained on the Silver Ticket. Notice to No Purchase Necessary Form Submission Winners: 1 Winners will be selected at random every month until December 31st, 2016. Winners will be notified via email that they have won and received detailed instruction on Prize fulfillment. Prizes: 50 winners will receive 1 free pair of shoes. 1 winning silver ticket will be going into shoe boxes of outgoing orders from tukshoes.com every week until December 31st 2016. 1 winner will be selected at random from the No Purchase Necessary Form submissions every month until December 31st 2016. Prize is not redeemable by winners for cash value. Eligibility: Only open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 and older at the time of entry or have legal guardian’s permission to participate.
