I've been wearing these about daily for a month now, and they've been comfortable after I broke them in. Remember to look at the shoe chart, which I can only access on mobile for some reason. I usually wear a size 6, but since these shoes are 229mm for size 7, I chose a size 7, which fit perfectly (my feet are 228mm). My feet are also narrow and these fit quite well.

Also, for the first two weeks, PLEASE make sure you're wearing thick socks, or two layers of socks. I didn't notice that wearing the shoes was causing my ankle to sort of rub(?) against the ankle area of the shoe. Even though it wasn't tied too tight, I now have permanent scarring on my ankles. It didn't hurt when wearing the shoe at all, so when I noticed, it was too late. The shoes are scratchy at the ankle area.
