T.U.K. Shoes ships all over the world every day!
Our shipping rates depend on the styles, sizes and amount of shoes you are shipping. We do have a shipping calculator on the site that you can use before ever giving your credit card information. To use the calculator, all you would need to do is add the item(s) you would like to your shopping cart and then click on your shopping cart. Then you’ll enter in your country information and click the “Calculate” button and it should give you a shipping price. Typically, international orders cost around $35-$70 to ship depending also on where the package is shipped and the weight of the package.
T.U.K. offers the following forms of international shipping;
1. International Priority mail; delivery is usually attempted 10-21 business days after it has shipped, however, USPS does not guarantee delivery attempts earlier than 30 business days after the shipment.
Please be aware delays in customs are very common for some countries therefore, we cannot be responsible for customs delays.
About Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering online from a U.S. company for goods to be shipped to a foreign country, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulation of the destination country. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
International customers are responsible for knowing and abiding by their country's tax laws/import fees/VAT fees. All import fees and duties are billed by and paid directly to your local government. Unfortunately there is no way for us to bill for, pay, and or keep up to date with every country's changing tax and import laws, or what percentage a country charges for these tax/import laws. Purchases WILL NOT be manipulated to benefit custom taxes due to United States law.
To calculate approximate fees you might be charged, we have found that the following website is fairly accurate. http://www.dutycalculator.com/ T.U.K. Does not guarantee that these rates will be correct and are only used as a general guide. To determine your actual costs to import shoes from us into your country, please consult your local government for complete details.
Canada customers; please note, Canada has recently started adding an $9.95 handling fee to all shipments imported in addition to taxes and duties. The calculator at http://www.dutycalculator.com/ does not add the $9.95 fee.
Please be aware that all of our shoes are listed in U.S. sizes. If you are unsure of your U.S. size please refer to the following size chart for conversions.
The following size chart is an approximate guide. All shoe sizes vary slightly depending on make, model, and width of the shoe. T.U.K. does NOT guarantee this size chart to be exact for every shoe. For a more accurate size chart, please refer to each products specific size chart on that products page, or consult our store locator to find a store to try our shoes on in person.
Although we cannot be responsible to know your shoe size, we are happy to answer any questions you may have. If you need help, please contact us at email@example.com or Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am PST – 4:00pm PST at +1 858 527 0494 ext. 511.
Currently, the maximum amount of shoes that can be mailed out of the United States per order is 3 due to limitations on box sizes.
