I am a US women's 9, I ordered my size and they fit good. They are a little roomy, but it's totally comfortable. Love the look.

I love TUK sneakers, they are the most comfortable sneakers ive ever worn, very stylish and durable, well worth my $$. I have many of their pairs and all are just as comfortable.
