Looove them!!

Overall, I like these shoes for the style. That said, I was looking for a sandal I’d be able to wear all summer with little hassle and unfortunately these are not it. They’re very comfortable to stand and walk in (I even impromptu hiked some muddy trails in Central Park in them) but they consistently rub on the area of my foot where the buckle that goes across the foot is. As the foot moves, it causes the elastic near this buckle to stretch and then snap back into place with every step. With more steps and more rubbing of the skin, blisters become inevitable. There’s no way to prevent this and it doesn’t go away with wearing in; it’s just a design point of the shoe. Avoiding this requires either wearing socks with them or preemptively putting on a bandaid on that area of my foot to prevent rubbing, which is only mildly inconvenient.

I’d still recommend them if you like the style but be aware of what you might need to wear bandaids with them if you plan to wear them for long periods.
