Please follow the following instructions below so that we can verify these defective shoes are removed from circulation and we can get your replacements out for you right away.

For all shoes with a tongue in them, please use a strong pair of scissors or box knife to safely remove the tongues. The tongue image must include the T.U.K. label which has the size information on it. Please send us a photograph of both shoes with both of the tongues removed.

If your shoes do not have tongues please cut any straps that are over the body of the foot and please send us a photograph of both shoes with the cut straps.

If your shoes do not have straps or a tongue please cut through the center of the top of the shoe from the tip of the middle toe back to where the top of the foot would be. Please send us a picture of both of the shoes with the cut in the middle.

Please do not discard the shoes until we confirm the pictures are sufficient for replacement.

Please provide us the pictures at your earliest convenience and we will get your replacements out for you right away.
