the straps are sewed on unevenly. the heel of the left shoe is also impossible to break in — I pretty much have to wear bandages every time I wear these shoes bc the back will rub until I have an open wound. they are cute, but painful to wear. I will not be buying these shoes again. the quality is not what I expected.

These mules are adorable and I’ve already gotten so many compliments at work! I usually wear an 8.5 and that’s what I ordered, which is what I wear in all my TUK shoes—but these run a bit different. My heel hangs off just a little, and I have to tap my toe on the floor to push my foot in the rest of the way. A size up probably would’ve been perfect.
I don’t like returning things and they did include a return slip just in case, but it’s not a big deal for me—I’m still wearing them because they’re that cute!
The burgundy color creepers shown on the T.U.K website look nothing like the color of the actual shoe. My burgundy rub-off creepers are almost completely black in color. I’m happy with my purchase regardless. They fit great, but disappointed with the color.
By far one of the best quality and coolest pairs of footwear in existence! Plus they fit so well.
