One of the shoes is missing the Kelty fringe. It actually cost money for me out of pocket to return them even though it’s a manufacturer defect… Additionally, even if I do return them, it’s for refund not for exchange since I can’t guarantee that they have them in stock after you purchase if there’s an error. I won’t buy these people again.

They fit really nicely this is my first pair of TUK shoes so I'm happy with everything 😊 I looove the chunky platform and the shiny of the shoe I wish they had more colors like the gradient type

this pair is dead gorgeous- I ordered the burgundy gradient ones, and the color is perfect, burgundy blends into the black so well, the PU is shiny, but it works with the aesthetic of the shoe. also, the chunky platform is gorgeous. the height of the platform is very comfortable, very easily walkable. the platforms might be something others may need to 'get used to', however the platform is only slightly higher in the heel than the ball of the foot, so they're very stable and comfortable, likely even for those brand-new to platforms. the insoles are super comfortable, as I've found with every other T.U.K pair I own. I'm generally a 'true size 9', and think in the case of this pair that still applies. upon first 2 or 3 wears I had, like another reviewer, one toe get squeezed. mild break-in time on this pair, in terms of length. width wise, I have fairly narrow feet so cannot truly speak to that side of things. I find this pair very comfortable, and they're of a style and aesthetic I was surprised but thrilled to find here. would highly recommend.
