Our Tattoo Creeper project is a way to collaborate with talented artists to add their spin on our creepers. We love working with creatives in any capacity & we want to see the world from their lens. To check out more of Justin and the rest of Billy & the Kidz, head to their Instagram

What was your inspiration when designing the shoe?

I'm a huge fan of the early 2000's hardcore and pop punk scene and I wanted to do something that really spoke to my old edgelord teen self.

How would you describe your personal style?

The casual formal mix of pop punk bands like green day or fallout boy give me a button up and tie any day but keep slacks away from me.

How’d you get started in music?

I first started in music way back as a kid with piano, the flute tuba and a little sax. But I didn't really get into music as a passion until high school where I joined my first band and absolutely loved it.

Are there any bands or artists that have been influential to your music/life?

Blink 182 was always a really big part of my teen years but my favorite style of music and the little bit I try to throw in everywhere are the metalcore vibes of bands like Ice Nine Kills or Crown The Empire.

What currently fuels your creativity?

I love the expression of art and how music can help people experience emotions or a story. The idea of being any part of that process is just indescribably amazing.

What’s next for Billy and the Kidz?

We got some exciting things in the works and a lot of things getting kick-started once we relocate to California so expect to hear a lot about what we're doing in the near future.
